We have found the best method to provide a safe jobsite is to plan the work and work the plan. Our base plan consists of:

  • Drug Testing and Substance Abuse Policies
  • Continuous Training in Specific Job Hazards
  • Placing Responsibility Upon the Employee
  • Supervisory Training


We hold all employees responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of others.

We realize there is a shortage of qualified crafts people. Yet we feel the best way to assure Quality is to deliver Quality People. We pre-test to determine a crafts person’s skill level before employing them. People with lower skill levels are placed with more experienced employees.
