IMMEC, Inc. provides a variety of structural engineering services for industrial and institutional owners, contractors and architects. Design of new buildings, building additions, equipment supports, mezzanine additions and equipment access platforms stairs and ladders. Stamped shop drawings are also provided for all fabrication. Structural systems include steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and polymer composites.
Services include documentation of existing structures, structural condition assessments, evaluation of alternative systems, feasibility studies, constructability reviews, cost estimates, code conformance reviews, seismic analyses, strength & performance analyses & design, preparation of contract CAD drawings & specifications, special inspections, and construction-phase reviews. Engineering services involve new construction, structural alterations & additions, structural retrofits & upgrades, rehabilitations, renovations, and temporary structures. We are licensed to practice as structural or professional engineers in following states: Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Mississippi, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia.  By utilizing the Records Program of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) we are able to streamline the process of obtaining additional licensure in other states on an as needed basis.
